Deposit

  • A non-refundable or transferable $30.00 deposit per week / day of camp is required to reserve your child’s spot. Deposit due at time of registration.

Payments

  • A credit card authorization is required for Early Bird Rates and all pre-registrations.
  • The balance for each week/day of camp you select is due by noon on the Friday before that week/day begins. Failure to pay the balance due for each week/day by noon on the Saturday before camp, will result in loss of any special rate or discounts for that week/day.
  • Camp is payable by cash or credit card only. Checks will not be accepted.

Membership Discounts

  • Gravity Members have access to member pricing.
  • Premium Gravity Members (Planet & Universe) have a 5% or 10% discount depending upon level of membership.
  • Discounts cannot be combined. Greatest discount will always be applied.

Upgrades

  • A discounted “All Inclusive Upgrade” is available at $30.00 per week. This upgrade includes Extended Care (7:30 AM to 8:30 AM) + weekly lunch!
  • For weekly registrations, daily upgrades will be charged as follows: Session I to Session II $15.00, Session II to Session III $10.00, and Session I to Session III $30.00.

Late Pick Up

  • If pick up occurs after 6:35 PM, your account will be charged $25.00 per every 15 minutes, starting at 6:40 PM.

Walk Ins

  • An additional fee of $10.00 per child will be charged to all walk-ins. Please pre-register to allow proper planning. Discounts will not be applied.

Cancellations

Weekly Camps:  you must contact Gravity’s office by sending an email to accounting@gravitygymnastics.com.

  • If cancellations are received the Thursday before your selected week of camp begins, there will be no charges on the account. Deposits are not refundable.
  • If cancellations are received before Sunday midnight, you can receive a 70% refund (after deposit) or a 100% credit in your account (after deposit).
  • If cancellations are received before Monday noon, a 100% credit will be issued to your account (after deposit). Refund will not be issued.
  • No credits or make-ups are given for absences during camp.

Daily Camps: In order to avoid automatic charges, you must contact Gravity’s office in writing by sending an email to accounting@gravitygymnastics.com.

  • If cancellations are received 48 hours before charge date, you can receive a full refund (after deposit) or a 100% credit in your account.
  • If cancellations are received 24 hours before charge date, you can receive a 70% refund (after deposit) or a 100% credit in your account.
  • No credits or make-ups are given for absences during camp
    Note: “Accounts will be charged the day before camp begins”.

Summer Camp Uniform

  • Gravity Camp Uniform is mandatory for all weekly campers.
  • FREE UNIFORM T-SHIRT (one per year)
    • Gravity Members: when purchasing or renewing Annual Gravity Membership combined with any camp registration.
    • Gravity Premium Members: with camp registrations of a minimum of one full week.

Note
Camp weeks/days are non-transferable. If you need to change weeks after deposit is paid, the deposit for that week will be lost and a new registration has to be processed for the new week of camp.
