Why do we do showcases?

The idea behind our shows is for our students to share with parents and family what they are learning when they come to Gravity. In every class, your child grows, learns, and builds self-esteem & confidence! It is only fair that we celebrate and praise our students' efforts and growth with family and friends!

Olympic Encore competition!


Join us for an exciting gymnastics competition where our talented gymnasts demonstrate their strength, agility, and dedication through a series of routines. Watch as they flip, tumble, and soar confidently, displaying their remarkable progress throughout their class training.

This event celebrates their hard work and commitment, with a special awards ceremony to recognize their outstanding achievements. It's a wonderful opportunity to witness their growth as athletes and applaud their performances.

Be sure to bring your cameras to capture every impressive moment of this unforgettable competition. We look forward to sharing this inspiring experience with you as we cheer on our incredible gymnasts!

Session Times

The Olympic Encore Competition will include three different session times. Please check your child's class level to determine the appropriate session time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the show.

Session 1- 9:00AM

Intermediate 3rd & Up

Advanced

Advanced Plus

Session 2- 11:15AM

Beginner 3rd & Up

Intermediate Kinder-2nd

Showcase Details

Show

breakdown

Each competition will open with a quick stretch and warm-up.  After that, your gymnast will show off their routines on the 4 gymnastics events. At the end of the show, to recognize their hard work, they will receive a medal in an awards ceremony.

Uniform

We ask that your child wear a specific uniform to the event.

  • A red, white, or blue leotard
  • Hair tied up, no jewelry

There are a limited number of tickets for sale! Act now and save your space!  Children ages 3 and older will need a spectator ticket. Additional tickets will NOT be available the day of the event.

Your gymnast will perform a routine at each gymnastics apparatus.

Competition FAQ's

Your Guide to Understanding Our Showcases

Frequently Asked Questions at Gravity Gymnastics

  • How long are the sessions?

    Each session is scheduled to be one and a half hour in length. We'll open our doors 15 minutes before show begins. At the end of your session, you will have time to take pictures with our photo backdrops. 

  • What should my child wear?

    Your athlete should come dressed in the competition uniform. The Fall Showcase uniform is a red, white, or blue leotard. Gymnasts must wear a leotard, hair tied up, and no jewelry. 


  • How much experience does my child need?

    Unsure if your child is ready for the competition because of being new to the class or lacking a certain skill?


    No need to worry! The idea behind this competition is for our students to share with parents and family what they are learning during class. We want to give the children the opportunity to experience performing in front of an audience and living out their dream to compete! is for our students to share w

  • Can I take photos?

    Absolutely!  Your are welcomed to take photos with no flash during the show. For safety reasons we kindly ask that you stay in the seating area during the show. 


    There will be time at the end of the show to take photos on the floor and in the designated photo "booth" area. Get those cameras and catch your gymnast in action!
