At Gravity, showcases give your child the opportunity to share their Ninja journey with family and friends. Each class helps them build skills, confidence, and self-esteem, and this event is a great way to celebrate their progress.

Obstacle Course Competition

Save the Date:  Saturday, April 12th

Our Spring Ninja Competition is a fun and inclusive event for Ninjas of all ages and skill levels. Participants will be grouped by class level to ensure a comfortable and exciting experience.

Session Times

Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the show.

Competition

breakdown

  • Ninjas will take on two exciting obstacle courses that challenge their creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Each Ninja has 45 seconds to complete as many skills as possible within each course.


  • Courses are timed and judged based on skill level, technique, and effort.

  • Every participant will receive a medal to celebrate their hard work and progress.

  •  Additional tickets: $9.00 (available online only, not sold at the door). Additional tickets are available for purchase online at - Gravity Pro-shop.

  • Children ages 3 and older need a ticket. 

Obstacle Course Skills

The Obstacle Course Competition will consist of two obstacle courses. Why do we compete in obstacle course style? There are many different reasons! Obstacle courses are set up in an engaging format that encourages creative and strategic thinking. Obstacle courses allow for children of varying skills and abilities to be included and feel comfortable performing.


Competition Obstacle Courses: Our 2 obstacle courses will have different arrangements of mats and equipment where your ninja will perform their skills. Your ninja gets to choose the sets of mats they would like to use and decide the course to follow on their own. The obstacle courses are timed and judged based on performance and skill level.

Competition FAQ's

Your Guide to Understanding Our Showcases

Frequently Asked Questions at Gravity Gymnastics

  • How long are the sessions?

    Each session is scheduled to be one and a half hour in length. We'll open our doors 15 minutes before show begins. At the end of your session, you will have time to take pictures with our photo backdrops. 

  • What should my child wear?

    Ninjas should wear their official Ninja uniform (shirt and black shorts), with long hair tied back and no jewelry. 

  • How much experience does my child need?

    No prior experience is needed! This event is all about participation, growth, and having fun. 

  • Can I take photos?

    Yes! Non-flash photos are welcome from the seating area. After the event, there will be a designated photo area to capture special moments.
