Why do we do showcases?

The idea behind our shows is for our students to share with parents and family what they are learning when they come to Gravity. In every class, your child grows, learns, and builds self-esteem & confidence! It is only fair that we celebrate and praise our students' efforts and growth with family and friends!

Down on the Farm Showcase

Save the Date:  Saturday, November 2nd

Get ready for a delightful barnyard blast at our upcoming Farm-themed Preschool Gymnastics Showcase at Gravity Gymnastics! Join us for an enchanting 60-minute performance filled with adorable moments as your little one marches, rolls, and tumbles their way through a series of fun and engaging gymnastics activities.

The showcase will be a celebration of your child's hard work and enthusiasm, culminating in a spectacular finale and a special medal ceremony to honor their achievements. It's the perfect opportunity to see your child's gymnastics progress and enjoy their charming performance.

Don't forget to bring your cameras to capture every precious moment of this unique celebration where the joy of the farm meets the excitement of gymnastics. We can't wait to share this memorable experience with you and cheer on our young gymnasts together!

Session Times

The Preschool Showcase will include three different session times, assigned by class levels. Please check your child's class to determine the appropriate session time. Lion students have the option to attend two different sessions; kindly select the time that best fits your family's schedule. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the show.

Lion & Monkey Students

Session 1:  10:30AM

Lion & Zebra Students

Session 2:  12:30PM

Elephant Students

Session 3:  3:00PM

Showcase Details

Each show starts with a dance and a short warm-up. 

After that, your little turkey will show off their skills and routines on the gymnastics events.


At the end of the show, they will receive a medal and a goody bag surprise to recognize their hard work!

  • We ask that your child wear a plain t-shirt and black shorts/pants.
  • Plain t-shirt in one of these colors:
    - Orange
    - Red
    - Yellow
    - Brown
    - Olive Green

  • Registration opens September 16th, 2024

  • Each registration includes 2 spectator tickets.

Additional spectator tickets are available for purchase online at - Gravity Pro-shop.

There are a limited number of tickets for sale! Act now and save your space!  Children ages 3 and older will need a spectator ticket. Additional tickets will NOT be available the day of the event.

Turkey Dance Warm Up

At the beginning of the showcase, we will do a dance warm-up and stretch.

Just like in class, the goal of a warm-up is to get the blood flowing to all the parts of your body that you are going to use. This prepares the body for the muscle stretching and exertion required to complete our gymnastic skills. Since gymnastics uses the whole body, we need to warm up the whole body!


We have recorded our turkey warm-up dance if you'd like to practice at home.

Your Guide to Understanding Our Showcases

Frequently Asked Questions at Gravity Gymnastics

  • How long are the showcases?

    Each show is scheduled to be one and a half hour in length. We'll open our doors 15 minutes before show begins. At the end of the show, you will have time to take pictures with our photo backdrops. 

  • What should my child wear?

    Your athlete should come dressed in their class leotard or a plain t-shirt (in class color) and black shorts uniform.


    The leotards are available for purchase online in our parent portal at: "Gravity Pro-Shop"


    Please remove jewelry and tie up hair neatly away from the face. 

  • How much experience does my child need?

    Unsure if your child is ready for the show because of being new to the class or lacking a certain gymnastics skill?


    No need to worry! The idea behind the show is for our students to share with parents and family what they are learning during class. 


    Our coaches are there to assist with spotting and guidance.

  • Can I take photos?

    Absolutely!  Your are welcomed to take photos with no flash during the show. For safety reasons we kindly ask that you stay in the seating area during the show. 


    There will be time at the end of the show to take photos on the floor and in the designated photo "booth" area. Get those cameras and catch your gymnast in action!
